No, I make videos. Actually, I've seen a humongous number of movies. Therefore sailing is the antidote to two hour stints in a dark room with surround sound.

Yes, in many forms
Jazz, New Orleans rhythm & blues, bluegrass, World and all the rest of melodic, harmonic spasms of the universe, man-made or not

My library was about 4,000 books before KATRINA. Now its about 3,000. This is why I can't be a live-aboard.

Sailing, Cooking, Reading, Deconstructing Movies & Art, Philosophizing, Giving people advice whether they ask for it or not.

I watch as much Movies/TV a I read maybe, and I read a lot. I love to research culinary cultures (or is it cultures culinarily?) I don't buy frozen food and only eat at chains when in Florida and Missouri. I love to race sailboats. I like the company of interesting and thoughtful people. Or at least characters....

And I'm really a Virgo, not a Gemini (website glitch)

J-24
but sailed on lots of different kinds

Like the pics you posted.  Particularly the Mardi Gras Regatta action shots.

How'd the ladies do on the rest of their road trip?

Well to loosely quote Art Buchwald, "Living With Elan Is The Best Revenge."

No, my boat's name is Elan.  Sirensailor is the email name I used to use years ago that lured my husband to me.  Yes we survived dolly.  I think there was a beer knocked over somewhere here in town.  Just a rhumor I heard.  I just found the site so I'm getting the feel for it but so far so good.

I thought it might have been.

Check my video on "what I did this weekend" It's an edit of us delivering the boat.

Hey! How'd you know I was drinking mojitos this weekend?

That picture is on Bernie's boat. You might have taken it.

Looks like a great sail.

Welcome Sirensailor. Nice group of people here. Obviously you survived Dolly okay?

So what's the story--is your boat named Siren as well?

Hey Pirate Tom,

Good choice on the pic--pretty characteristic. Who's boat??

Hows the search coming? I just delivered from Pensy to N.O. an Islander 44 a buddy of mine bought off Craigslist in Dunedin for 15K. It has that amount of working electronics on it for sure. Really good live aboard fixer upper that sailed real well. Maybe you should consider a keelboat!

On the other hand we arrived in Slidell and docked next to a big cat just delivered from France. It was pretty spacious.

Anyway, don't put too much sugar in the mojitos!!!

Yeah I know what you mean. You have to have your foot form to them. I am going to invent a cute, confortable shoe for men and women
