The president of a substance abuse treatment facility in Berks County, Pa., has been charged with drunken driving after a fundraiser in Florida. Douglas D. Tieman, president of Caron Treatment Centers, was arrested Wednesday in Florida. Tieman, 52, of Lower Heidelberg Township, has led the Wernersville facility since 1995. Authorities say he was released from the Palm Beach County Jail on $500 bail.
