Being an anti-reader from about seventh grade until after high school, I really have been a lot better at escaping into a book.

Sailing, kayaking (need to buy another boat), motorcycles (old and new), camping, hiking, climbing...pretty much anything outside...I also "HASH" with both local Hash House Harrier kennels in Tampa (not a drug thing...google it).

I also like to be doing anything with my artwork or photography, albeit I have yet to finish up things around the apartment so I have some decent space to work in. Soon though, soon.

I am an upfront person and seem to be able to fit into many different "scenes", just because I am myself. Sure there are the occasional influences, but I am pretty much the same (not raised by wolves) whether I am out with with work companions or with my running friends...sure a "volume level" is there, but am true to myself.

I prefer to be outside most of the time...as I spent way too much time inside for work. Tied to the "Crackberry", I keep the graphic artists running on the Mac side, and the accounts running on the PC side...you can see way I like to be outside. I am back in the corporate world now, after I decided to leave and venture out on my own to see if I could do it and still live the lifestyle that I wanted to...I made a nice two-year run at it... It really does take a lot of discipline to get up out of bed, and do work when you have no boss other than yourself and your clients. I decided that since the divorce I wanted a steady and secured income, along with health benefits. Not a bad gig at all though, and I do love working in a corporate environment on the Mac side!!

I try to spend about two out of the seven days a week on the water sailing!!! :-) I currently trim head sail/spinaker on a 53.5' Racer/Cruiser class boat here in the area, including the distance races to the Keys, Mexico , etc. I hope to start trimming on a Soveral 33 for our club racing, if I can make it for dock time.
