Thanks. I have only had her for about 8 months...still on our honeymoon. Job list is a bit long but I think we shall get along well once I can retire and be free to travel a bit. Where did you get that sail?
Its tough, things are not so good right now, but we all have to hang in there and do what we do. My work is for a non for profit.,let me tell you its getting tight. er. Glad we got what we got when we did. Bruce
Amen- If my worst problem in this downturn is delaying buying a sailboat, I consider myself blessed.

Thanks Jeff, so whats new on your side of the river lately? dove into the small boat owners pool yet?
Not yet. Credit market has dried up and I was gonna take a boat loan. Just got done racing in the Melges 24 Atlantic Coast Championships in Davis Island. We had a few good races (a 3rd, 5th, and 9th) and a few not so good (21st, 18th, and 13th). Ended up 13th overall, but we were pleased with our progress in a very competitive class. See you around.

Welcome to the family! My partner in crime and I get to Pensicola a couple of times a year, maybe even by boat some day soon, lots of interesting people on line here!
Hi, Next time you and your partner in crime get to the Pensacola area, let me know. Maybe we can go sailing. I'm 90 miles east but its a short drive in a car. LOL... basically a 22 hour run by boat with good winds. That doesn't happen mostly our winds are on the nose when sailing west. But hey, that's why we "tack." Back from the Keys and ready to go again. Love the laidback island life. Later, Patti
